導演是曾經參與《無間道》三步曲的莊文強，演員有上世紀古惑仔鄭伊健與陳小 春，還有出爐金像獎最佳女配角葉璇，加上一改戲路扮 惡婆的余安安，如此陣容自然叫人萬分期待。
從前的古惑仔，義字當頭，捨生取義，可是 這種思想已經不合時宜，黑社會各堂口大佬也只求安穩過渡，但社團絕不能群龍無首，「和 義盛」坐館火水（方中信 飾）卸任在即，力薦親信火腩（陳小春 飾）為繼承人，然而火腩這位曾手執西瓜刀、血洗百人斬的猛將，早就不復當年勇，太太（葉璇 飾）也逼他退下火線——當年上刀山的豪情、落油鍋的義氣，在家庭年月中早已消逝，今日才悟風中轉。
至於替幫會賣命而入獄、「和義盛」開山祖 師後人燕子文（鄭伊健 飾），亦在此時刑滿出獄，更被視為另一新幫主熱門人選。燕子文媽媽（余安安 飾）為兒子策劃鴻圖大計，誓要奪回江山。不過，燕子文在獄中不斷進修，取得文憑學位，更視入讀香港大學經濟學系為心願，完全不想涉及江湖事。
兩 個大熱坐館人選皆想盡方法避開這場龍頭大哥爭霸戰，背後卻有強大阻力，為他們度計竭力剷除對方；另外，警方臥底永仁（劉浩龍 飾）在「和義盛」埋伏多年，與超級美男上司劉華覺得現時乃趁虛而入的最好時機，密謀一網打盡。仁義與兒戲只是一線之隔，反黑反義氣反常規之離奇異種大殺 戮，風吹我吹不斷，風吹我不打轉，古惑仔年代最終一章，揭開英雄背後瘋狂諷刺動作新品種喜劇。
伊健小春古惑佬出山
陳小春與鄭伊健自1996年合作《古惑仔之人在江湖》，短短兩年共演五部古惑 系列電影，勁收億元票房，之後「陳浩南」與「山雞」退隱江湖。相隔十三年，小春與伊健再拍古惑片《飛砂風中轉》
「和義盛」坐館火水（方中信 飾）卸任在即，惹來久違了的黑幫戰國風暴。火水力薦親信火腩（陳小春 飾）為繼承人，而這位曾血洗百人斬的猛將現經營的餐廳「義盛小館」已為香港著名食府之一，他一心要與家人樂融融，無心戀戰。另一方面曾因替幫會賣命而入 獄、「和義盛」開山祖師後人燕子文（鄭伊健 飾）亦在此時刑滿重獲自由，他媽媽（余安安 飾）為兒子策劃鴻圖大計，誓要奪回江山，不過，燕子文早已洗心革面，他求學心極強，往大學過學生生活是他唯一心願。

故事大綱
當今社會追求文明和諧，各階層都奉行經濟至上主義，昔日洪門捨生赴義，與虜拚命的精神早已變質又不合時宜，各堂口大佬也只求安穩過渡，但社團絕不能群龍無首，「和義盛」坐館火水（方中信 飾）卸任在即，即惹來久違了的黑幫戰國風暴。
火水力薦親信火腩（陳小春 飾）為繼承人，而這位曾手執西瓜刀、血洗百人斬的猛將，早就不復當年勇，而且天生廚藝出眾的火腩，其經營的餐廳「義盛小館」已成為香港著名食府之一，子女又要上名校，太太（葉璇 飾）逼他退下火線，要與家人樂融融，根本無心戀戰。當年上刀山的豪情，落油鍋的義氣，在家庭年月中早已消逝，今日才悟風中轉。另一邊，堂主火水因投資損手債台高築，又虧空幫會公款數千萬，不得不找火腩走馬上任，否則自己便大難臨頭。

Celebrity cook Brisket (Jordan Chan) is known for his culinary sleight of hand, but hardly anyone realizes he used to be a young and dangerous slayer who cut human flesh rather than poultry meat. Now a family man who strives to be a caring father, he finds his idyllic life turn topsy-turvy when his Triad mentor comes out of nowhere and commands him to run for the “Dragon Head” in the underworld.
Brisket’s only chance to extricate himself from this quagmire is to lose the election to another candidate called Sparrow (Ekin Cheng), who supposedly is the designated heir apparent to the previous kingpin. Ironically enough, Sparrow has found his true calling in academia while serving terms in prison. He has set his mind to getting into the best university in Hong Kong rather than re-donning his Triad cloak.
While these two reluctant candidates are racking their brains to outwit each other so that they can stay out of the race, their inglorious pasts eventually catch up with them as their followers are plunged into mayhem and bloodshed on pain of death to get their leaders onto the throne.
